If you need a letter verifying employment for any reason, you can request a reference letter in Workday.
Instructions:
1. From your employee profile in Workday click the Actions button under your name.
2. Scroll all the way towards the bottom, until you see Worker Request > Request Reference Letter
3. On the next screen, select the type of reference letter that works best for your needs.
4. After you hit submit, the letter will go to HR for approval and signatures. Once signed, you will get a notification that the letter is completed and you can access it via your Worker Documents in Workday.
Note: If you need to have specific information within the reference letter, please submit a ticket letting HR know what information needs to be added before you submit the request.
