Full salary continue during the service period up to 10 days. For more than 10 days, you will need to provide a court attendance allowance.
In any case, note you can claim your expenses to the Court (food, drink, travel).
You can use the Time off type called "Jury Duty" in Workday. Please provide the certificate of attendance once you have it.
